Not at all1 Color Your Soul is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. It's about self-discovery, creativity and authentic expression, not creating a perfect painting.
Every Color Your Soul experience is thoughtfully guided from beginning to end. While each experience is customized to meet your team's goals, participants can expect a blend of guided meditation, reflective journaling, meaningful discussion, coaching, creative expression through painting and practical integration. Every participant leaves with deeper self-awareness, stronger team connection and a one-of-a-kind painting that serves as a lasting reminder of the experience.
*Optional Enhancements Are Available upon request and additional costs:
Most Color Your Soul experiences last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your team size, goals and level of customization.
However, because the experience includes reflection, meaningful conversation and creative expression, larger groups may require additional time to allow everyone the opportunity to participate without feeling rushed.
Yes! Color Your Soul can also be experienced virtually. Virtual experiences are adapted to create meaningful connection, reflection and engagement for remote teams.

Absolutely. Every Color Your Soul experience is tailored to your organization's goals, whether you're planning a leadership retreat, employee appreciation event, wellness initiative or team connection experience.
Color Your Soul can be hosted at your office, conference center, retreat venue, private event space or another location of your choice. I'll work with you to determine the ideal setup based on your team size and venue.
Yes! I facilitate experiences throughout Southern California and am available to travel for events outside the area.
Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
