Not at all! Color Your Soul is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic ability. It's about self-discovery, creativity and authentic expression, not creating a perfect painting.
Every Color Your Soul experience includes a guided visioning meditation, reflective journaling, group sharing, coaching and intuitive painting. I provide all painting materials, canvases and workshop materials and custom workbooks needed for the experience, allowing your guests to fully immerse themselves in the journey.
Most Color Your Soul experiences last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your group size, goals and the amount of sharing. Each experience is customized to fit naturally within your retreat, event or community gathering.
However, because the experience includes reflection, meaningful conversation and painting, larger groups may require additional time to allow everyone the opportunity to participate without feeling rushed.
Yes! Virtual experiences are available and can be customized for your community. I'll provide everything needed to create a meaningful and engaging online experience.

Yes! I facilitate experiences throughout Southern California and am available to travel for events outside the area.
