UNLEASH YOUR TRUTH: 5 Benefits of journaling

Journaling is a huge part of my own life and tenet in my coaching practice! I have witnessed so much growth, self development, healing and transformation not only with my clients but within myself. I can not imagine my life without this powerful practice.

My journal have been my most trusted friend, a sacred space where I can be completely honest with myself and explore the depths of my thoughts and feelings. There are so many benefits to journaling that can genuinely CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

It's not just about putting pen to paper; (or even fingers to a keyboard) it's about engaging in an intimate conversation with your soul, discovering your innermost desires and embracing your truth inside.

When you start a journal practice, you make the space for self-exploration, reflection and awareness where you can allow your authentic voice to emerge, without judgment or expectations.

I have unearthed profound clarity and insight, and I KNOW you will too. It's like having a direct line to your own inner wisdom and divinity to help you make right decisions and guide you forward.

You receive guidance, solutions, understanding, intuitive information that can guide you forward. It strengthens your intuition so you can start to trust yourself more. When you develop a regular journaling practice, it can be like having a date with your best friend...yourself!

  3. REDUCES STRESS AND ANXIETY:

    When we are experiencing challenges or painful situations, our thoughts and emotions can be like an endless cycle ruminating in our head. They occupy space in your mind and heart, that can affect your mental and physical health. It can be helpful to write out your frustrations, anger, negative thoughts and emotions to release what is pent up inside so that you become more present with what you are dealing with. Using journaling this way, allows you to gain more control and feel more grounded in yourself. Then you can begin to process, reflect, feel, heal, reframe and perhaps see things in a new light with a new perspective to take forward.

    EVERYTHING you need is inside of you. Your answers. Your wisdom. Your truth. Your passions. Your purpose. Journaling can unearth it all. It gives you clarity, self-awareness and insight. When you journal regularly, you discover more about yourself by seeing patterns, recurring themes in your life and your inner thought processes. This allows you to see things clearer so you can find solutions, make long lasting changes and create new habits to start taking action on. That builds your confidence and self-esteem. You find acceptance and start to OWN who you really are!!

  5. SOUL REFLECTION:

    Retrospection can be a wonderful gift of hindsight to recognize blessings (sometimes in disguise), lessons learned and knowledge gained. When you journal regularly, you create a history of your life circumstances, events, thoughts and emotions that you can revisit and reflect on where you were at the time and how far you have come. It allows you to see things from a higher vantage point of growth, transformation and understanding. It might uncover new meaning, purpose and value to your life and past experiences. Which can offer you more compassion. grace and love not just for yourself but for others too!
