When the Holidays Feel Heavy, Honor Yourself Instead

I know there can be a lot of pressure during the holidays.
Pressure to do more. Buy more. Show up more.

And if you’re grieving, or moving through a major life change, that pressure can feel even heavier.

So I want to offer a different question.

What if this holiday season wasn’t about getting through it, but about honoring yourself instead?

That’s what I explore in this week’s short video, centered around one simple question:

What would honoring myself look like this year?

Not what you should want.
Not what used to work.
Not what anyone else expects.

Just you.

🎥 Watch the video here:

Sometimes honoring yourself is as simple as noticing,
“This feels like too much for me this year,” and responding honestly instead of pushing through.

That might look like doing less.
Leaving earlier than usual.
Skipping a tradition.
Or doing things differently than you ever have before.

And if you don’t know yet what honoring yourself looks like, that’s okay too!! I am here to help!
